This is one of our favorite finishing salts-something about the refreshing simplicity of the ingredients and powerful taste that it brings makes it one of those ingredients that we're always reaching for when cooking. Of course, it shines with Mexican and Tex-Mex foods, but we're also partial to using on steamed veggies, tofu, fresh green salads, and especially on just-out-of-the-oven roast chicken.
