Our Wasabi Sea Salt is especially dear to us because it took a long time to get it right. The perfect wasabi nut salt mix gives you an immediate piercing intensity of true wasabi, but it shouldn't be a lingering sensation that makes your eyes water. The sharp, initial bang needs to be followed by the subtle-yet-savory medley of horseradish.
We finally cracked it. And with only two ingredients, to boot. Our wasabi salt contains a mingling of California sea salt and horseradish, balanced just right to bring out the flavor without being overpowering.
